How soon will my orders ship after I order online using my customer portal?

Within one business day of submitting your reorder online, our operations support team will approve your order or respond with any follow-up questions to get your order moving. Once your order is approved, it will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.


When it ships, we will email the tracking information to you. You can expect order delivery within 5-7 business days upon payment or the sales order approval. We'll send a copy of the invoice to your billing contact after the product ships.

How will I know if my account is approved?

You will receive a welcome email from Aunt Flow once you're approved! Please check your email spam filter to ensure you get your customer portal welcome email from hello@goauntflow.com.
